Well, this is THE month.
Tomorrow I am going to pick up my marriage license. Friday I am going with my matron of honor to get her dress fitted. Saturday is my sister's junior prom. Monday (the 7th) is my best friend's 21st birthday. The 11th, 14th, and 15th are finals for school. The 13th is mother's day. The 18th is my 21st birthday and my bachelorette party. Then the 26th is the wedding. The 28th is memorial day. A friend in Arizona comes home at some point in all this mess, but I can't remember the exact date (sorry!). I have a little over 3 weeks to get stuff done, but there really isn't all that much to do. At some point I need to pay off the stuff I have rented and call the dude from the hall to find out when I can get the key. After my MOH, I have 4 more bridesmaids to get fitted. One of them has her appointment. One of them can't be fitted until right before the wedding. One of them my mother is responsible for. I need to finish the picture project that I am doing for the reception; that means I have to scan the pictures, copy them, cut them, and put them on the board. I STILL have to talk to the officiant. He's had some family issues lately and I didn't want to intrude upon that, but I think I am going to have to call him this weekend...sometime. I have to work all weekend though.
Work, hah! We have been so frickin' busy lately that I can barely take a breath...but at least the time goes by faster that way. I still more or less like my job, but I hate corporate politics. My hope is that once I graduate, I can find a job more suited to my tastes. I think that if nothing pans out this time, I am going to take the state test again.
